Lorena Bounds Cia

Lorena Bounds, CIA, CRMA, currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit at Hilton Grand Vacations since March 2022. With extensive experience in internal auditing, Lorena holds the position of VP of Membership for the Central Florida IIA Chapter and has previously worked as an Internal Audit Manager at Tupperware Brands and Wyndham Destinations. Prior to these roles, Lorena served as an Audit Advisor at Robert Half and held various auditing positions at AirTran Airways, Siemens VDO Automotive, and KPMG Cardenas Dosal. Lorena's professional background includes significant expertise in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and managing financial and operational audits. Lorena earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez in 2001.
