Melanie Lluberes

Melanie Lluberes currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Corporate Marketing & Club at Hilton Grand Vacations, a position held since November 2024, following the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations. Previously, Melanie held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Bluegreen Vacations from January 2022 until its acquisition in January 2024. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Holiday Inn Club Vacations from April 2017 to January 2022. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University between 1996 and 2000.
