Sebastien Arnaud has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations and Cabo Azul - Diamond Resorts International since February 2016. Prior to these roles, significant positions included Hotel Manager at One & Only Palmilla from October 2012 to February 2016 and Director of Food & Beverage at Conrad Punta Del Este Resort & Casino from December 2008 to September 2012. Arnaud also held the position of EAM Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency La Manga in Spain and Director of Food & Beverage at One & Only Palmilla, along with various leadership roles at Keswick Hall, The Watergate Hotel, and Marbella Club Hotel. Arnaud is an alumnus of Institut Paul Bocuse.
