Currently, Simon serves as the GM Dairy and Bulk Liquids at Hilton Haulage Limited Partnership, where Simon also holds the title of Regional Manager for the South Island. Prior to this, Simon worked as a dispatcher at Dunedin Carrying and has a high school education from Cecil Andrews High.
