Rebecca Edwardson-Makowsky

Rebecca Edwardson-Makowsky is a seasoned real estate professional and co-founder of Poison Pawn, a company focused on luxury chess sets and instruction. Since November 2020, the business has gained recognition for its unique chess sets featuring high-quality materials and distinctive designs. Concurrently, Rebecca has been a sales associate with Hilton & Hyland since June 2018, specializing in high-end real estate and investment properties in Los Angeles. Prior to this, from 2006 to November 2020, Rebecca served as a licensed associate real estate broker at Warburg Realty, where performance as a Top 10 producer was noted, alongside appearances on the HGTV show Selling New York. Rebecca holds a BA in Art History from Columbia University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
