Marloes Zieren

Marloes Zieren currently serves as the Front Office Manager at Hilton Orlando since July 2022, previously holding the position of Assistant Front Office Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Express Scripts, where Marloes was a Patient Care Advocate and Subject Matter Expert, focusing on onboarding, training, and patient management. Marloes also worked at Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place, advancing from Guest Services Agent to Guest Services Supervisor, overseeing front office operations and managing guest relations. A Student Intern at Monongalia County Health Department, Marloes contributed to data analysis for health department accreditation. Marloes held leadership roles in Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, including Chapter President and Leadership and Nominating Chair. Marloes earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from West Virginia University in 2019 and is currently pursuing further education at Hanze.
