Currently serving at Hilton Pharma Limited since April 2022, Rafiq previously held the same title at Abbott from September 1998 to February 2022. Rafiq holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management from Preston University, earned in January 2012, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, obtained in January 1998.
