Alicia Kabiri

Alicia Kabiri is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Hilton since 2012, Alicia leads a team of over 10 lawyers and negotiates multi-billion dollar partnerships. Prior to this role, Alicia held various significant positions, including SVP General Counsel at BridgeStreet, where Alicia was the first General Counsel, and served as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Alicia's previous experience includes representing management-side transactions at Eckert Seamans, and significant roles at Cendant Corporation, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and LCC International, Inc. Alicia holds an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from Syracuse University College of Law, in addition to a BA in English from James Madison University.
