Amy Wilkinson is the Director of Openings and Transitions Americas at Hilton, where they manage the opening process for new hotels, ensuring efficiency and high brand standards. They previously served as a Senior Manager in the same department, and have held various roles within Hilton and other hospitality establishments, including a Guest Service Agent and Front Office Manager. With a Bachelor's degree in Resort Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, they combine effective project management with a strong commitment to customer service to enhance operational performance. Amy’s extensive experience has positioned them as a key liaison between hotel owners, management companies, and team members throughout the hotel opening phases.
