Charles Leblanc

Charles LeBlanc is an experienced Chief Engineer at Action Property Management, responsible for the property and asset management of two exclusive towers in Long Beach since November 2019. Alongside this role, Charles serves as the Director of Engineering at Hilton, focusing on a sensitive PIP plan and renovation while maintaining established hotel standards. Previously, Charles held the position of Director of Engineering/Development at Gate Hospitality's Ponte Vedra Inn/Club from 2016 to 2018, where the focus was on maintaining the high standards of a "Five Diamond" oceanfront property. Charles also contributed as the Director of Engineering at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2015-2016, overseeing the successful opening and operational setup of a unique 200-room upscale hotel on South Beach during challenging weather conditions.
