Clinton Cooper

Clinton Cooper is currently the Director of Operations at Hilton, a role they began in 2024. Previously, Clinton held several prominent culinary positions, including Director of F&B/Culinary at Raffles Istanbul from 2017 to 2022 and Executive Chef roles at both FRHI Hotels & Resorts from 2014 to 2017 and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to 2010. Clinton also served as an Executive Chef for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2010 to 2013, and as an Executive Sous Chef at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts from 2004 to 2007. Their early experience includes a role as Sous Chef at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts from 2001 to 2004.
