Ebony Culver has a diverse background in management and coaching, beginning as an Assistant Manager at JMG Realty, Inc. from October 2004 to October 2006. At Hilton from January 2016 to March 2019, Ebony Culver held multiple roles, including Development Coach, Help Desk Specialist, Reservations Sales Manager, and Coaching Culture Champion, focusing on implementing a coaching culture among employees.
