Erica Burgwald

Erica Burgwald, PMP, serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Planning for Americas Operations at Hilton, a role held since August 2012, with prior positions at the company including Senior Director and Director levels in strategy and sales optimization. Before joining Hilton, Erica worked at Agile Defense, Inc. as a Change Management Lead and Technical Trainer, and at Array Information Technology, Inc. as a Deployment Manager. Additionally, Erica has experience as a Marketing Strategist at Gensler. Erica holds a degree in Marketing and Japanese from the University of Pittsburgh and participated in the Semester at Sea program. Training in Prosci further supports expertise in change management.
