Hendrick Calles is currently the Area General Manager for Hilton Seychelles and the Cluster General Manager for Mango House Seychelles LXR Hotels and Resorts and Canopy by Hilton Seychelles. They previously held various roles at Hilton, including General Manager and Area General Manager, where they successfully improved guest satisfaction and managed multiple properties. Hendrick has a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Universidad San Jorge, as well as a certificate in Hospitality Management and Tourism from Florida Atlantic University. They participated in the Hilton SHINE 4D development center, where they met or exceeded expectations during their training.
