Hope Lang is a Senior Hospitality Executive with extensive experience across various prestigious brands in the hospitality industry. They began their career as a Reservation Agent at Brisbane Marriott and progressed to key leadership roles, including Director of Market Strategy at Marriott International, where they successfully realigned pricing strategies for properties in Beijing. At The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, they served as Area Director Revenue Management for Asia Pacific, managing revenue strategies across 27 properties in 9 countries. Currently, Hope holds the position of Senior Director Operations South East Asia at Hilton, where they spearhead operational excellence and foster relationships with hotel owners, aligning business priorities with company objectives.
