Mahmoud Eldafrawy

Mahmoud Eldafrawy has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held various roles focused on customer care, reservations, and event management. They served as the Cluster Senior Manager for Group, Conference, and Events at Hilton since 2022, and previously held management positions at Dubai Al Habtoor City, Sharq Village and Spa, and the Salalah Marriott Hotel. They began their career with a BSC in Commerce from Tanta University, graduating in 2010, and worked their way up through various reservation and sales roles at prominent hotel chains. Throughout their career, Mahmoud has consistently aimed to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize operational effectiveness.
