Monica Crawfurd is a highly experienced sales professional with over two decades of expertise in the hospitality industry. Since June 2008, Monica has held several key positions at Hilton, currently serving as the Managing Director of Sales for the Caribbean & Latin America, after previous roles as the Assistant Managing Director of Sales for Mexico & Central America, Director of Sales for Worldwide Accounts, and Director of Group Sales at Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa Resort. Prior to Hilton, Monica worked at Grupo Posadas SAB de CV as the Director of Group Sales for Aqua Cancun and at Marriott Hotels as the International Group Sales Manager for JW Marriott & Casa Magna Marriott Cancun. Early career experience includes a role as Sales Executive at USA Student Travel. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of Colorado Denver.
