Nicky Browning

Nicky Browning is a sales and learning professional currently working as a Crew Member at Barge Cafe since 2020. They have had a long tenure at Hilton Worldwide, where they started as Director of Sales Midlands in 2016 and later took on the role of Director of Sales Development for Hilton UK & Ireland in 2017. Nicky has been responsible for driving sales strategy and coaching team members while also delivering sales training across the UK and Ireland. They previously served as Sales Learning Manager for Hilton UK/Europe, focusing on high-quality training and development across various corporate and franchise settings. Nicky completed their high school education at Bilton High School from 1976 to 1980.
