Ping Er Sang is a Director of Operations at Hilton, currently overseeing the operational division of DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside. With a diverse background in hotel management, including roles in Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and F&B, Ping has consistently driven operational excellence and guest satisfaction. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management, both earned with distinction.
