Rob Stromquist

Rob Stromquist, MBA, CPCE, currently serves as the Senior Catering Sales Manager at Hilton since September 2022. Previously, Rob held the position of Director of Catering and Retail at Compass Group USA, where responsibilities included managing catering and retail operations at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, overseeing a team of supervisors and numerous hourly staff, and ensuring efficient financial management. Prior roles also include Senior Catering Sales & Event Manager at Yale University, managing a high volume of events, and Catering Manager at the University of Michigan, where Rob led a full-service catering operation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Kentucky.
