Susan Wang is the Director of Learning Experience & Delivery APAC, bringing extensive expertise in talent management and leadership development within the hospitality industry. They previously held positions at Hilton, including Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager, and Director of Human Resources & Cluster DHR for Hilton Beijing & Wangfujing, where they demonstrated strong skills in stakeholder influence, project management, and learning framework design. They began their career as a Corporate Management Trainee before earning a master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Fudan University.
