Vickie Courson

Vickie Courson is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Manager and Build Lead for the Corporate System Build team at Hilton since November 2014. Vickie has extensive experience in business and systems analysis, having previously held positions such as Senior Analyst/Build Manager and Business System Analyst at Synchron Technology Group and First Tennessee Bank, where responsibilities included creating and modifying help systems and configuring workflow systems. Earlier career highlights include a role at Hilton Hotels Corporation from 2001 to 2010, focusing on enhancements throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) and collaborating with Quality Assurance on property management system releases. Vickie's foundational experience includes military service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
