Ximena Vivanco

Ximena Vivanco has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Ximena began their career as a Brand Relations Associate with The Cools in 2012. In 2016, they took on a role as a Graduate Research Assistant with The New School. That same year, they also began working as an Independent Consultant/Freelancer with La Isabel Co. In 2018, they became a Global Shaper with the Global Shapers Community. In 2019, they took on the role of Communications and Project Coordinator with We Are All Human. In 2020, they became the Managing Editor of Latino Leaders Magazine and the Latinx Digital Engagement Manager at the Democratic National Committee. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Senior Program and Operations Manager with Him For Her.

Ximena Vivanco completed a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a field of study in Strategic Design and Management, from Parsons School of Design - The New School between 2009 and 2013. Ximena then went on to pursue a Master's in Nonprofit Management from The New School's Milano School between 2015 and 2016, with a field of study in Social Innovation and Policy. In 2015, Ximena also attended Harvard Kennedy School for Change Management.
