Rafael Cervantes

Rafael Cervantes has extensive experience in financial management and control. Rafael worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, a subsidiary of Himalaya Global Holdings, where they reported to the CEO for the Americas Region. Prior to this, they served as a Consultant and Latin America Controller for FMC Technologies, responsible for financial planning and analysis of a $140M revenue region with manufacturing operations in five countries. Rafael also held the position of Latin America Regional Controller (CFO) at Geokinetics, where they led the accounting, controlling, and finance functions of eight subsidiaries in Latin America with annual sales of $370M. Rafael was also the Latin America CFO and Compliance Officer for Novus International, a chemical animal health and nutrition company, and the Mexico Accounting Manager for Dow Corning, a worldwide silicone technology leader. Rafael started their career as a Senior Accountant at Herdez, a food manufacturing and trading company, where they supported the Manager of Subsidiaries Companies in accounting, taxes, and financial reporting.

Rafael Cervantes obtained an MBA degree in Business from Universidad del Valle de México in 1994-1995. Rafael also earned a Diploma in Taxation NAFTA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 1993. In addition, they completed their college education in Accounting at Universidad del Valle de México from 1986 to 1990.
