Alat Shanti Tigunait

Alat Shanti Tigunait has a diverse work experience. In 2005, Alat completed a Yoga Teachers Training with the Himalayan Institute Teachers Association. In 2008, Alat worked as a Photographer and international representative at the Help Africa Move Forward Conference in Cameroon, Africa. In 2009, Alat interned at the Himalayan Institute, developing curriculum for the Total Health Center in Puebla, Mexico. From 2011 to 2011, Alat worked as a Human Resources for Health Intern at Swasti - Health Resource Center. Since 2013, Alat has held various roles at the Himalayan Institute, including Project Manager and currently, Spiritual Excursions Director.

Alat Shanti Tigunait obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University between the years 2006 and 2010. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on International Health at Boston University School of Public Health from 2010 to 2012.
