Frank Ranieri

Frank Ranieri serves as a Senior Program Manager for Inventory Control and Quality Assurance at hims & hers since January 2024. Prior to this role, Frank worked at Walgreens in various positions from January 2016 to December 2023, culminating as Manager of Pharmacy & Retail Operations, where significant achievements included overseeing pharmacy operations, launching a pharmacy label product change that generated a $45.5 million annual increase in working capital, and successfully managing the implementation of over 350 complex projects. Frank also held roles at RML Specialty Hospital as Pharmacy Inventory Coordinator and AT&T in retail management positions, where proficiency in sales and coaching led to notable success in team performance. Frank is an entrepreneur, having co-founded F&N Snow Service, and holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from DePaul University.
