Lauren Alciati

Lauren Alciati is a seasoned professional in product development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Product Development Project Manager at hims & hers since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager for Product Development at Glossier, Inc. from October 2019 to July 2021, and as a Senior Research & Development Technologist at L Brands from December 2016 to September 2019. Lauren has a strong foundation in chemistry and quality control, demonstrated through earlier positions at The Hain Celestial Group, Perrigo Company plc, and Steri-Pharma, LLC, where expertise in analytical techniques and laboratory procedures was cultivated. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a focus on pre-medicine from the University of Vermont and has also pursued educational experiences at the University of Cape Town.
