Richard Tilley is an experienced operations and strategy leader with a diverse background in supply chain management, sales and operations planning, and financial services. Currently serving as VP of Operations Strategy & Optimization at hims & hers since November 2022, Richard has previously held significant roles at GameStop, Qurate Retail Group, and zulily, focusing on optimizing operations and supply chain performance. With foundational experience in technical account management and customer service at Amazon, as well as earlier roles at Oracle and Weyerhaeuser, Richard combines extensive operational expertise with a solid educational background in accounting from Western Washington University.
