Theresa Kautz

Theresa Kautz, M.A., ATC, is a highly experienced professional in the health and wellness industry, currently serving as a Senior CX Content & Communications Analyst at hims & hers since August 2023. Previously, Kautz held the position of Member Experience Manager at Weekend Health for a brief period in July and August 2023. From November 2018 to January 2023, Kautz worked at Noom, progressing from Project Coordinator to Project Manager in Product Knowledge & Innovation, where significant contributions were made in developing knowledge management strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to Noom, Kautz was with Campbell County Health from September 2010 to July 2018, serving as Wellness Coordinator and Specialist, and successfully overseeing wellness screenings and coaching initiatives. Early career experience includes a role as Fitness Director at Club Energize, where Kautz implemented fitness events that significantly increased revenue. Kautz holds a Master of Arts in Sports Administration from Adams State University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University.
