Marjorie Rosen has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Marjorie recently held the position of Chief Learning Officer at Ed-Rez, where they were responsible for leading curriculum and program development, teaching effectiveness, and student success initiatives. Before that, they served as the VP of Advocacy at HIMSS Arizona Chapter. Marjorie also held various roles at Bryan University, including Dean/Program Director, Associate Program Director, and Faculty. Marjorie created a student-driven learning environment and focused on integrating real-world scenarios and projects into the curriculum. Additionally, Marjorie worked as the Chief Solutions Facilitator at Educational Resolutions, spearheading new market expansion and leading health advocacy solutions nationwide. Prior to that, they held the position of Program Director/Lead Instructor at YTI Career Institute and Lead Instructor at Missouri College. Marjorie'searlier experience includes serving as an Agency Director at Addus HomeCare, where they oversaw operations and ensured compliance with state regulations.
Marjorie Rosen has a diverse education history. Marjorie obtained a Doctor's Degree in Education in Leadership and Learning with Specialization in Healthcare Administration and Leadership from Aspen University, completing their studies from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Colorado Technical University in 2010. In 2005, they graduated from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, focusing on Gerentology. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Health Information Technology from St. Louis Community College between 2013 and 2015.
Marjorie Rosen also holds several certifications. These include the Emotional Intelligence Foundations certification from DexLab Analytics (obtained in 2020), the Project Management Essentials certification from the Management and Strategy Institute (obtained in 2020), and the AHIMA Approved Revenue Cycle Management Trainer certification from AHIMA (obtained in 2019). Marjorie is also a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certified by AHIMA.

HIMSS Arizona Chapter
The Arizona Chapter of HIMSS was formed in 1994 and encompasses the state of Arizona. Our membership includes students, faculty, clinicians, telecommunications, information systems, and management engineering professionals. Our members come from academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and for profit companies including health care delivery, managed care, consulting, and vendor businesses. Functional responsibilities of our members range from officers and directors to RNs and doctors, to analysts and sales representatives. Since its inception, our chapter has held quarterly meetings at a variety of locations and grown in its continuous affiliation with the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Our chapter welcomes your participation by attending our educational programs and joining us to network with other professionals. The Arizona chapter offers volunteer opportunities with committees, including website, membership, advocacy, events, scholarship, and communications. With your involvement, we will continue to grow in our efforts to improve health care in Arizona. HIMSS ARIZONA CHAPTER MISSION: The Arizona Chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society provides leadership to foster the advancement and effective use of information technology in Arizona health care. Its professional members include individuals in the fields of information systems, clinical systems, management engineering, and telecommunications. The Arizona chapter provides members with professional development through high quality education and by creating networking opportunities at regularly scheduled meetings.
