Alexandre Fong is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in imaging and photonics. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Hinalea Imaging since January 2022, Fong leads the development of an award-winning platform that integrates hyperspectral and digital imaging. Fong is also an Advisory Board Member at Briteseed, LLC, contributing to the advancement of surgical instruments, and a Member of the Management Board at TechnoTeam Vision USA Inc., which specializes in image processing applications. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering at TruTag Technologies, Inc., and Senior Vice President at G&H Photonics, where Fong played a key role in business development and sales strategies. Fong's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by founding Cirrus Photonics, and a strong educational background in physics and business, including an MBA from the University of Florida.

Applications include in-line inspection of products for quality and safety (notably food), medical diagnostics, and precision agriculture. As part of its solution offering, Hinalea developed the world’s first high-resolution, handheld autonomous hyperspectral camera, which was awarded the SPIE Best Camera and Imager Prism Award.
