Megan McCormack

Megan McCormack has had a successful career in human resources, with a focus on strategy development and execution. Megan started at SES as an HR Compliance Specialist, where they provided employment liability and compliance expertise to client businesses. Megan then moved to Talent Tree as a Senior Account Manager, where they oversaw HR functions for contract employees. McCormack's most recent role was at Hinckley Allen, where they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the firm's strategic plans. Megan also served as the Director of Administration & Human Resources, overseeing all HR functions and most administrative and facility functions for over 300 employees.

Megan McCormack holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government and Philosophy from The Catholic University of America. Megan further pursued their education and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in General Law from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Additionally, Megan has acquired certifications including a License to Practice Law in Washington, D.C. from the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals in March 1997, and a License To Practice Law in Maryland from the Maryland Court of Appeals in May 1996.
