Nicholas Denice, Esq., CPA, is a Corporate and M&A Attorney at Hinckley Allen since 2018, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, corporate and business law, tax, and healthcare. In addition to their legal practice, Nicholas serves as a Director for Swan Point Cemetery and as a member of the Board of Directors for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, holding positions such as Vice Chair and member of various committees. Nicholas is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors for the Catholic Foundation of Rhode Island, overseeing significant endowed assets for charitable endeavors. Furthermore, Nicholas holds the position of Director and Board Treasurer for WSBE Rhode Island PBS. Prior experience includes roles at Duffy & Sweeney and Bogue, Moylan + Marino, LLP, and leadership with the West Warwick Pension Board.
