Emma Baumber is currently serving as the Team Leader (Development Management) at Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council since May 2023. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of Associate Director at Marrons Planning from October 2022 to May 2023. Emma has a wealth of experience in the planning industry, starting as a Technical Planning Assistant and working their way up to Senior Planning Officer at Harborough District Council from April 2015 to October 2022. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Southampton and a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Sheffield Hallam University. Emma completed their education at Kesteven and Sleaford High School from 2004 to 2011.
