Esha Vidhani

Esha Vidhani has a diverse work experience spanning various companies. Esha started their career as an Analyst in Recruitment Services at Deloitte in 2010. From there, they moved on to Vodafone India where they worked as a Senior Executive, handling corporate resourcing requirements. In 2014, they joined Grant Thornton India LLP as an Assistant Manager and later became a Manager in People & Culture, where they were responsible for performance management, talent management, and rewards administration. In 2017, Esha joined BDO in India as a Manager in Human Resources and held various roles, including Senior Manager in Employee Performance Management & Experience and Associate Director in HR Business Partnering. Currently, they are working at Hind Rectifiers Ltd as Head of Corporate HR.

Esha Vidhani holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology. Esha also obtained a B.Com degree in Management from the University of Mumbai I.D.E. Prior to that, they completed their HSC degree in Bachelors of Commerce from Maharashtra Board M.M.K College. Esha started their educational journey at Maharashtra BoardSt. Joseph’s Convent High School, where they completed their SSC degree.
