Kshitija Chaudhari

Kshitija Chaudhari has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development. Kshitija is currently the Vice President Human Resources at Hind Terminals Private Limited since 2023 and previously served as the AVP - HR since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Head HR - South Asia at APL Logistics from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for HR strategic interventions and spearheading transformation initiatives across multiple countries and partner companies.

Before their role at APL Logistics, they worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd from 2016 to 2019. Kshitija also has experience at Essar Group, where they served as a Sr. Manager - CHR in the Corporate Office and was responsible for activities such as leadership hiring, talent management, and diversity and engagement related calendars from 2015 to 2016.

Prior to that, they worked in the learning and OD field at Essar Projects India Ltd - Hydrocarbon and Essar Projects India Limited - Hydrocarbon Asset from 2014 to 2015 and 2011 to 2014 respectively. At Punj Lloyd Limited, they were a Sr. Manager - HR from 2010 to 2011, where they handled HR activities and talent acquisition for the MEA - CIS region.

Kshitija also has experience in talent acquisition and business development, having worked as the Head - Vertical Operations at Hector & Streak from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Manager (HR - International business) at Enlink Infotech (Lester Inc) from 2003 to 2008. Kshitija began their career as an Assistant Manager HR at Reliance Industries Limited in 2002.

Kshitija Chaudhari completed their MBA in HR - International Business from Welingkar's Institute of Management in Mumbai. This degree was obtained from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including "International Position Evaluation" from Mercer in October 2021 and "A Toolkit for Giving and Receiving Better Feedback" from LinkedIn in December 2020.
