Abhishek Srivastava

Abhishek Srivastava has over two decades of experience in the mining and procurement industry, currently serving as Manager Mines at Hindalco Industries Limited since May 2002. In this role, Abhishek leads a procurement team, successfully implementing total cost of ownership concepts that have minimized project durations and costs. Previously, as Deputy Manager, Abhishek developed procurement strategies for bauxite consumption at alumina plants and achieved significant savings through effective inventory management and contract negotiations. Starting as a Mining Engineer, Abhishek established a solid foundation in project management and compliance, successfully renegotiating costs and overseeing procurement quality to meet business targets. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from Chandrapur Engineering College and Nagpur University.
