Ajaya Dalai

Ajaya Dalai currently serves as the Manager of Security and Administration at Hindalco Industries Limited since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ajaya held the position of Area In Charge for Plant 2, Coal Movement, and Chotia Mines at Vedanta Limited - Aluminium Business for a brief period in late 2020. From November 2008 to October 2020, Ajaya worked as an Assistant Manager at Vedanta Limited, overseeing security, BOP & Township, and road safety initiatives. In the role of Head of Security for the 2400MW Thermal Power Plant at Vedanta Limited - Jharsuguda from September 2018 to November 2019, Ajaya managed coal movement, traffic control for the entire plant, and audit compliance. Ajaya holds a Post Graduate degree (MSc in Mathematics) from Ravenshaw University, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
