Deepak Singh

Deepak Singh has extensive work experience in legal and compliance roles. Deepak currently serves as the Area Head Legal & Compliance at Hindalco Industries Limited, where they are responsible for overseeing legal matters. Prior to that, they worked at Tata Steel as the Manager HRBP-Legal and Compliance, where they handled ongoing litigation matters, provided guidance on labor laws, and prepared responses to notices from statutory authorities. Before Tata Steel, Deepak worked at JLL as an Assistant Compliance Manager, where they attended various employment litigation proceedings. Deepak also served as the Deputy Manager HR & Compliance at Lion Services Ltd., where they handled labor compliance and conciliation matters. Additionally, they worked at Global Excellence Group as a Senior Executive Human Resources, focusing on contract labor compliance and supporting clients with external audits. Deepak also has experience as an HR Executive at JAYPEE AUTOPLAST, where they managed employee files and payroll.

Deepak Singh pursued their education in a chronological manner. Deepak started in 2007, when they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application degree with a focus on computer studies from Rajarshi School of Management and Technology, UP College Campus, Varanasi. Moving forward, in 2010, they went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from the same institution. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, Deepak attended Glocal University - Saharanpur Uttar Pradesh, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law.
