Khileshwar Gajpal holds extensive experience in energy management and condition monitoring within various industrial sectors. Currently serving as Energy Manager and CBM Head at Hindalco Industries Limited since April 2022, Khileshwar oversees energy consumption monitoring and control for the entire smelter and captive power plant. Previously, Khileshwar worked at UltraTech Cement in multiple managerial roles, focusing on improving plant availability and predictive maintenance, and held positions at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., SKF India Limited, and Prakash Industries Limited, where expertise in condition monitoring and mechanical maintenance of critical equipment was developed. Khileshwar's academic credentials include an MBA in Asset Management & Energy Management and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by formal education in mechanical fields and extensive consultancy experience for major industries in India.
