Niraj Raj has extensive experience in the metals industry, currently serving as a Manager (Process Lead Pot Line 4-7) at Hindalco Industries Limited since July 2019, following roles as Assistant Manager and Graduate Engineering Trainee. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Tata Steel in May 2018, focused on the physical and high-temperature characterization of raw materials, and an engineering trainee position at Steel Authority of India Limited in mid-2017, where the study concentrated on the effect of magnesium oxide on the viscosity of blast furnace slag.
