Prashant Kushwaha

Prashant Kushwaha is a Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) at Hindalco Industries Limited since November 2020, where roles have included Senior Officer, Deputy Officer, and Assistant Officer in CSR. Prior to Hindalco, Prashant served as Project Manager at PotHoleRaja and as Marketing Communications Associate at Medha, focusing on vendor management and internal communications. Prashant also gained valuable experience as an intern at Pollinate Energy, contributing to data validation and marketing strategies, and at Medha, working with the alumni team. Educational qualifications include a PGPDM in Social Work from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Lucknow.
