Sudhir Mital

Sudhir Mital is an Independent Director at Hindalco. Previously, they served as the Chief Executive Officer/Construction for South Eastern Railway and Additional Member/Advisor (works)/Bridges for INDIAN RAILWAYS. In their current role, Sudhir is responsible for formulation of policy for execution of construction projects on Indian railways. Sudhir also handles inter ministerial issues and is a nominated director for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd, Bharuch Dahej Railway Corporation Ltd, and Kochi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.

Sudhir Mital has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Sudhir also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from MNIT Jaipur India. In addition, they have completed a course in Management for senior Managers from HEC Paris, and a course in Advanced Track Turnout Designs for High Speed from the Track design Center in Sweden. Sudhir also has an Advanced Study under United Nations Fellowship in USA in Expertise in Bridge Technology and Computer Applications from the University of Maryland.
