Tushar Bhat

Tushar Bhat is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Manager of Employee Relations & Welfare at Hindalco Industries Limited since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading welfare initiatives and managing a team to support HR operations for over 3,600 workmen. Prior to this, Tushar was a Human Resource Leadership Associate at Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs from June 2020 to July 2023, developing key frameworks and strategies for succession management, employee engagement, and change management for a large workforce. Tushar's career began at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer, focusing on application maintenance for government projects.
