Anet Režek Jambrak

Editor In Chief, Journal Of Food Quality at Hindawi

Anet Režek Jambrak is a seasoned academic at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, with a career spanning from May 2003 to the present, holding positions from Scientific novice to Professor. Notable editorial roles include Editor for Trends in Food Science and Technology at Elsevier and Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Food Quality at Wiley. Anet is also a member of the Global Young Academy and has served on the editorial board of the International Journal of Food Science & Technology. Educational qualifications include a mini MBA in digital from Algebra University and a PhD in Biotechnical science from the University of Zagreb. Anet's research experience includes collaborations with leading experts in microwave and ultrasound extraction of bioactive compounds at Université d'Avignon and Coventry University.
