Brian Sparrow

Brian Sparrow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hinds Behavioral Health Services since March 2022, Brian leads a dedicated team focused on mental health and community service. In addition, Brian coordinates the Congregational Recovery Outreach Program, collaborating with faith-based organizations to enhance understanding and access to mental health and substance abuse treatment. As the Owner and CEO of Inflatable Kingdom, an inflatable party rental and playground business in Mississippi, Brian has also accumulated significant experience in customer service, having held positions as Shift Lead at Walgreens and Customer Support Specialist at AT&T Wireless. Brian’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Management and an Associate of Arts in Marketing from the same institution and Meridian Community College, respectively.
