Alexander Holder

Alexander Holder has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2014. In 2015, they began working as a Technical Specialist Tier 1 Full Support at Concentrix, before transitioning to a Technical Business Analyst role at IFAA. In 2016, they took on an Enterprise Solutions Architect role at Tanda: #1 Workforce Success Platform, where they were responsible for configuration, technical documentation, deployment of projects, data mapping and transformation, and integration management. Alexander also performed Ruby development, elicitation and process/workflow mapping, and acted as a team lead and trainer. In 2019, they moved to HINDSITE Industries as Head of Product and Engineering, then later as Principal Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager. In 2020, they became a Software Engineer.

Alexander Holder obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) between 2014 and 2016. In 2020, they achieved a SAFe Agile Scrum Master 5.0 certification from the SAFe Agile Certification organization. In 2015, they were awarded the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certificate of Business Analysis. Alexander also holds Certificates II and III in Fitness from the QCAA, as well as a Cisco IT Essentials Certificate from Cisco.
