Doug Hastings

Doug Hastings has worked in the real estate industry for the past 15 years. Doug began their career in 2003 as a Property Consultant at Ray White Hervey Bay. In 2004, they moved to Advantage One Real Estate, where they worked as an Asset Manager. In 2005, they joined Napier First National Real Estate as a Real-Estate Salesperson. In 2006, they moved to Coldwell Banker United as a Real-Estate Salesperson. In 2007, they returned to Advantage One Real Estate as a Real-Estate Salesperson, where they were responsible for the listing, sale and pre-sale of Gilston Estate in Hervey Bay. In 2011, they joined Limelight Digital as a BDM, where they were responsible for finding and assessing established or emerging businesses for new opportunities within their service offering. In 2013, they worked as a Consultant at GJI. In 2014, they joined RedEye Apps as a Senior Market Development Manager, where they created market approaches and diversified their client base from only Resources to Utilities, Health and Government. In 2016, they joined GO1 as a Senior Sales Account Executive. Finally, in 2017, they founded and became the CEO of HINDSITE Industries, a software platform that lets frontline workers access a library of in-house skills and knowhow in the form of step-by-step workflows.

Doug Hastings attended Maryborough State High School from 1994 to 1998.
