Amit Madaan

Amit Madaan is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in strategic finance, corporate development, and investment banking. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Finance and Operations at Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) since January 2018, Amit oversees commercial and vendor management, contract negotiations, and financial planning to drive company growth. Prior to HGS, Amit held corporate development and strategy roles at Aurigin and NatWest Group, where significant achievements included leading revenue growth initiatives and managing multi-million dollar funding rounds. Amit's earlier experiences at CRISIL and UBS involved credit ratings and investment banking, contributing to notable success in client retention and deal closures. Amit holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from IBS Hyderabad and a BS from Hansraj College.
