Crystal O'Grady

Crystal O'Grady possesses extensive experience in human resources and occupational health. Currently serving as Lead Human Resources Manager at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions since September 2018, Crystal has previously held roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resource Generalist at MAD Oilfield Solutions from October 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in the career, Crystal worked as an Occupational Technician at MultiTest and CALA Safety Inc., where responsibilities included drug and alcohol testing, respirator mask fit testing, and first aid instruction. Crystal is also a registered Emergency Medical Responder with the Alberta College of Paramedics.
